Product Documentation for the new PPWR Directive

Dear Customers, 

In response to frequent inquiries regarding the new EU directive on packaging - the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) - we are providing documents here for products from Pásky s.r.o. as supplier. The declarations are listed by individual materials and technologies.

Notice: The content of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the products covered by this declaration complies with the requirements of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Verification was conducted based on written declarations from suppliers of raw materials confirming that PFAS are not intentionally added to any material component. A total fluorine screening of the finished product had not been performed at the time this declaration was issued, as the European Commission had not yet published a harmonized, accredited methodology for measuring PFAS in packaging materials in accordance with the PPWR. This declaration will be supplemented with the results of laboratory testing immediately upon the publication of the relevant methodology.
